How to create a account in Korean server

Hi guys..i used to play in NA server and i am getting 350 ping which kinda sucks and i am not able to play with it.so when they gave a free transfer to ocenaia i changed but in tat also i am getting almost 290 ping .i play from India.i wanted to create a account in korea but they need a korean social security number..anyway i can get one and create account in tat ?

No. You need it or a korean friend makes one. IF you take a SSN you should knot its illegal!

Play on russia, Turkey or EUNE?
Or contact riot and ask where you can play

You must know that owning à KSSN is stealing the identity of a Korean Citizen.
Same story for Vietnamese Servers.
Just play on servers that is near your country, this means Nordic Europe or Oceania, and about lag, there's nothing we can do unless Riot open a server in South-East Asia.
