About Boting in "New LoL"
As I have seen the Refferals are nerfed hard, there is trully no rewards for botting anymore or am I wrong?What do you get now by having 50 bots at the same time leveling, I don't understand if it is useful to bot anymore?

Sell unranked level 30 accounts ( but don´t worry asap too many doing this rito will add 30accounts to their Shop)
Also this clean accounts will drop from 20€ to 10€ or even lower imo

30lv to rito shop? Good idea, but at the same it's bad, imagine a new player comes play new game and buys 30lv acc. He'll get destroyed.

Well the fact is, in the end rito will disable all options to earn € with league, except beeing pro.
Ref botting - Done
Selling scripts (aka BoL,#L) nearly Done
Selling clean 30 accounts - working
Eloboosting - working
i´m sure next season all ways are Done

It's reasonable.
All those things are illegal based on their TOS.

elo boosting will never be done, you can just duo q without breaking the rules

Would be nice but I don't think eloboosting will stop. There will always be boosters and people who are too bad to learn this game.
