Problem, anyone know how to fix?

Hi everyone yesterday i tried to install/patch lol but it was so slowly and it went down to 0kbps even if my internet is fast. The it stucked at 33% and did continue after like 1 hour and then it continue even if it was 0kbps and it didnt continue after 99% so i gived up. anyone know how to fix this ****?
