Using a file called ddraw.dll to zoom out in games.

i'm using a file ( ddraw.dll ) and copied into my League Folder.
Now i can zoom out a bit more when i'm playing.
Can riot see it?
Second question. Is this allowed or not?
Well, considering that Riot banned people using zoomhacks, I'd say no, it's not allowed, and as to Riot being able to see it, no, not unless they have access to your computer files...
