Transferring server while referral accounts are leveling

Today, one of my customers transferred his LoL account to another region while the referred accounts are still leveling up, he redeemed some prizes from the RAF page and when his account was transferred, the referred accounts were removed. So this means he didn't receive the 10k rp that comes from 100 refs.

I don't know if someone else have experienced this issue, and for those who might have any idea of what's going on, will appreciate your help. Should i do another 100 refs or is there a way to complete his order (knowing that the rest of the accounts are still leveling up).

If you transfer a server you need to redeem before u swap or the refs are gone...

It's his own fault in my opinion. Just offer him a discount on the next order.

So will it be okay to do another 100 refs for the same account? if thats the case then this can be abused by redeeming 100 refs and switching server over and over. I think it will have a high ban risk if i do so.

Maybe he just lie tho and redeemed them before and want another 100. Because you cant proof if he does or not.
