There's a Soraka bot somewhere on the net that plays co-op vs bot games and farms IP/XP! I used it before and it runs smoothly with a little simple script tweaking.. Just search around for a Soraka bot on here and use something like BOL to run it.. It's not a large scale method but it's good if you only plan on running on 1 account
