I would say ~300 should be fine. But depends on service who made the referrals - if they use proxy for each bot, riot has no chance to tell you that they boosted you. Anyway, if you do not send gifts, buy RP stuff only rarely (not spending 20000 RP in one day) and if you take the rewards like 3 times in week and you just take only few referrals, not all at once, they should not inspect your account. If you would get banned, just tell them you are streaming or you are youtuber so you have many fans and someone might have bought you the referrals or the fans made another accs. They cannot request you to show your stream or youtube link, so you should be okay if you tell this.

You can always write ticket to RIOT if you get ban and they have to unban you because they cant prove you that you bought referals. For example someone could specialy buy referals to ban you ^^
