U.R.F As a MOD?>!>>>????????

Hi i would like to know if someone just anyone could make ultra rapid fire a mod to install so u can do it in a Custom game against friends
i heard alot people saying that it's impossible because it had to be server sided or so
BUT when one for all was leaked u couldve installed it as a mod and unlock it for custom games even after it was disabled u could still do it

Ur answer is: No.

It's not client sided, it is server sided. All for One was able to start, because we was able to do. Like Showdown, we where able to do this, util Riot patched it.
