How do people get so many skins to open a skin shop?

I don't think anybody is going to say that, since that is their way to earn money. Maybe they buy it from Riot or they just got it from events and spare them.

They use different servers/countries to buy the skins cheaper then sell it in euro to make more money.
Or they get them cheap from sales and then sell afterwards

For real ? they got like endless skin codes, any corrupt riot member give them out

Some might be cracked. I've read this in one of those threads before, and the person that said this also sells skins.

Well. The Skinshops with rare Skins like Pax skins...They get it from Riot Contacts..
