Start a thread (preferably with some OK post setup/style) in which you offer boosting services, listing prices for division, win, duo, placement matches or whatever else (don't forget to mention your accepted payment methods - I recommend taking anything that's on this page
as well as paypal).
People won't trust you right away, so you can sell cheap vouch games to get your TBM up (or even buy vouch games if you want TBM quick) or you can start a thread where you ask for vouch games and link that to your original boosting post or put the vouches quotes in your signature as spoilers.
After a week or so of doing vouch games you will have boosts ready at acceptable times and you'll be able to boost whenever you want and stop doing vouch games.
A very neat option is to suggest a discount in your thread to motivate people to do business with you (cheap as ****, why not?).
That's pretty much all there is.. Try to stay professional and find an OK name that is somewhat easily remembered, and an e-mail address/paypal account with that name is a must.
