Any skill that deals physical dmg works with armor pen.

spiderlings are also only a skill of elise which aa enemies and these aa deals physial dmg. so yes arm. pen works for spiderlings.

They do, that's part of the reason people go full hybrid pen elise in their runes and masteries. If you have the IP to buy the runes, I recommend you do it. Get 9 hyb pen marks and 3 hyb pen quints and go 21/9/0.
