help about vm please

guys can any one tell me how i copy my legue of legends from my own pc to the vm i make alot folders to shared to vm but i open vm and find nothing :S
i enabled it and nothing happened :S

Do you use virtual box?
You need to install the guest addon and then you can add shared folders.

Didnt understand what exactly say but you cant copy folders from your main pc to the virtual pc.
