You can carry with Riven, because mechanics op
Wanted to say sth. what you can Build:

Toplane: CDR Boots, BT/Hydra (Depends on your playstyle and your enemy), LW, black cleaver, Guardian, Maw of Malmautius (I usually pref. this build)
On Midlane you should adept your build to the enemy (for example Spirit visage vs AP)
Jungle is the same like top, but you should go elder lizard first.
