If you did Setup it and your friend got his Refs say to him please that i wish him much fun to pay 310$ for nothing.

At more than 200 Refs is Riot Looking about the Person which did refering them all and they will see that you did Bot they up and your friend get banned out of ref systeme all things of him get removed (IP/RP/Skins) and when Riot want he will recieve a Permanently Ingame ban.
