[Question] LoL Tournament Client / Lan Client

I know everyone and their MOM is probably looking for this. If you have ANY information on where I might be able to get my hands on the tournament client or a private client I would greatly appreciate it!

I already know that you can do custom games with friends, but that does not work when you have 8 computers on a single internet connection. I am looking for an offline client, or for a way to set up my own server for private uses. Want to keep the ping to a minimum so that we can all lan with low ping

Dota -> wc3 got lan mode
HoN -> got a lan client

There is no private client.
Only the guys on LCS got a tournament client which is running on their own server.

No public client here atm.

Yes there is no private client
