You definitely have to play 10 placement matches before getting ranked, but the result of the placement is affected by ur previous elo (Softreset)

iam in gold tier .. Is it possible to drop to silver or bronze , maybe if I lose for example:6\10 matches from the placements matches ?

i think yes,im in gold tier too,but if u lose 6 from 10 placements u will be low silver....
