Tool or website to lookup multiple summoners?

I know there are multiple sites like lolking and elophant that can look up one summoner and give you and their stats, but is there a tool or website that I can input multiple summoner names and have stats given to me for each summoner? I also know of lolnexus which gives stats of current players, but I am looking for something that will give me stats of even offline players. I am hoping something exists already so I don't have to build some kind of web scraping service/tool.

I find if you have multiple monitors - you can just keep a tab with lolking open and look up summoners on that as you ranked queue. This can really help when knowing who can be trusted in certain lanes etc. Good luck though hope these guys can help!

As I have said before lolnexus, lolking, elophant only take one summoner name. I'm looking for something where I can input something like 100 summoners names in at once and get summary results for each of them at once. This is so that I can more easily determine seeding for a tournament.
