i want some guide from expert players , since i'm stuck in bronze 1 from the beginning of season 3 ,

first i used to play adc and i carry hard my lane then i found the other lanes lose
then i turned to be jungler and i carry hard top , mid lane with ganks and bottom is lost then i turned to be top,mid and i carry well as i can
fisrt : i want some one friendly from experts and helpful who can be my friend and i have ability to ask him any time
my question is not just about champion ,
i want to get better in game .
