Big changes on referals/levelup services

Seems like Riot is trying to make leveling up accounts a little bit harder.

• AFK detection reduced to 3 minutes (from 8)
• The game now kicks you at 5 minutes (previously 12 minutes)
  
• The minimum time custom games need to last to be eligible for IP/XP rewards has been increased to 7 minutes (previously 5 minutes)
  
• A minimum number of human players must now participate in a custom game to receive IP/XP rewards. The current thresholds are:
  5 players minimum for Summoner’s Rift, Crystal Scar, and Howling Abyss
  3 players minimum for Twisted Treeline
• A notification has been added in the end of game results screen to explain why players did not receive IP/XP

Well, with people who have good machines there will not be some big problems, they will run 5 bots and thats it.

I am already using a private bot which has 10 bots join a custom. 1 team loses, 1 team wins. They already exist. Once these changes go live people will just need better computers to bot. No big deal.

I guess that will be even better for the people that sell this refs / acc's because as riot will implement this to stop them (most of the ppl to do it cause of hardware issues). They will not worry so much about checking refs and who is doing what to ban.

Hope lvl10 Acc's can still be made. The part were its said that humans have to be involved to gain exp is a bit confusing. Will lvl10 acc's still be makeable?

You will still be able to make them, but u need to have atleast 5 VM's to be in the same custom game, so either wait for someone to code that kind of bot, or code one urself.

3 is enough u can bot TT games (like the TT coop level bot)

In my opinion they could delete the Ref System completely.
I mean no normal people who arent famous or sht will never have 100 or 150 Reffs because of "friends". If you own a YT Channel with much Viewers or your a good streamer maybe they will. Would be really funny if Phantomlord ore some different streamers would have like 10.000 Reffs on 1 Account xD

Only because you haven´t got 100 Friends LoL ?

I got very much Friends and got already over 75 (Friend) Refs

I got some Refs bot too but i got very umch Friends Refs so i don´t think you have to be famous or a streamer

There was that epic reward that allowed to take part in creating character if u got 10000 i think, but when site tried to gather all players for referrals that was declined by riot ;/ But it's used by bots only now, it's sad

They should bring the ref system out.
