i hate to play with unlocked, cuz i got used to locked for too long but now im mastering adc so at purple team its really annoying to play.. if there is a way to flip the map without getting banned it will be great

You can flip the map in the game settings ingame.

he means like flipping the map, not flipping the minimap
so it looks in his pov like he would be on blue side, instead of purple side

just get used to unlocked camera and it will be way more easier for you
i dont think there is a method to do that
