Operating system not found 06/03/2012 - Technical Support - 10 Replies When I start up my laptop I get an error which is "Operating system not found", I can't even use Safe Mode. I downloaded Windows 7 Boot on a usb and I started it and got to the "System Recovery Options", clicked on "Command Prompt and did the following.
bootrec /ScanOs
Successfully scanned windows installations.
Total identified Windows Installations: 0
C:\Windows
The operation completed succesfully
----------------------------
bootrec /RebuildBCD
Total identified Windows...

Auf dem Notebook meines Bruders erschien heute Morgen die Nachricht: "Missing operating system" und wir wollen das jetzt reparieren. Leider bin ich noch nie auf solch ein Problem gestoßen und würde gerne fragen, wie ich da vorgehen sollte. Das Betriebssystem war vorher Windows7 aber jetzt fehlt es halt komischerweise...
Ich wäre sehr dankbar für hilfreiche Antworten ;)
