Shop Bug?

Hi Leute,
jedesmal wenn ich in LoL den Shop aufrufen will passiert erstmal garnichts,
dann wird alles weiß, LoL stürzt ab und da komm ein kleines Fenster wo "Programm schließen" steht.
Kann mir wer weiter helfen?
