i wanna get PBE account. Why you should give it to me? Long time im thinking about PBE account, but register is closed, why i want account? I wanna make skin, champion previews, but on LoL skins are very expensive, and need to spend your own money, on PBE its free. Ja hi ich bin auch einer von den vielen die einen PBE Account suchen, da auch ich gerne Champion Previews für YouTube machen möchte, genau wie Skin Previews.

Simply my opinion ^
Not seeking a PBe account to troll nor try any champ/skin. Got every single champ and at least a skin for everyone. Simply want one to help LoL become a better game with a better community.
I honestly don't mean to be rude or anything, but I don't get why people here want a PBE account to make champions/skins previews. There are already A LOT of people doing that on youtube. You'll only be wasting your time ._.
