What is the cap of Cooldown Reduction %?

I did The Prooving Grounds with Blitzcrank and had more then 100% Cooldown Reduction, but that didn't work?

How much is the cap?

I think its 40% but im not sure try it again and press c there can you see your stats like critical chance, cooldown reduction and so on

y, its 40%.
But you cant see the Cap of Stats in the Character Menu

But you can see, when the Cooldown time doesnt change anymore.
