I have an important question. I saw a video on youtube which gives you free RP and IP. I dont know if this is real or fake, but one of my friend tried it and told me that it works for him. After that, we played a Match and i saw that he got a few new skins o.o . So i believed him. But i didn't try it out now. Can someone try this and tell me if this works?

They just let you create a acc over theyr profile to collect friend requests for special presents from Riot. They just use silly people like you because the dont have friends.
