what it does it Pull the stats for a user from either lolbase.net or riotstats.com and displays it in the channel.

here's roughly what it looks like from inside irc as for the program its self its just an icon in your system tray everything is set via the ini



there is a bug with lolbase that will cause it to crash if a user forgets the server or puts the server and summonername backwards riot stats wont crash this is due to how the sites handle invalid urls i havent figured out a good way to fix it for lolbase

if anyone even bothered to use this re download it ive fixed a few bugs and a ton of typos
