Hi, I started a new account on EUW server and would like to winstreak the first games to maintain a nice lp gain.

I went 9/10 on normal games and won the first ever ranked and the account was placed silver 3 76lp so for the next four games I should get 70-50lp and then settle on 35-40.

I am interested in both duoq and soloq, but for solo it is mandatory to play only support role with a champion pool provided by me.

Given the low elo 80% winrate is mandatory. I want to spend a maximum of 30 euros, up to what elo are you willing to go for this amount?
