I agreed to buy 30 accounts from this person , We agreed that I will send him half the money first and then he will send me half the accounts. After sending him the money he told me that he can't deliver the first half of the accounts unless I buy the whole thing (good ole scammer up sale). He then proceeded to offer me a refund which I accepted, after waiting for a while i hit him up for the refund and he started coming up with badly crafted excuses (he was busy LOL). SCAMMER. I have the whole exchange recorded and can provide proof if anyone wants just DM.
