No. U didn't give me free. I bought 3 hours key for 54,22TRY.
Here is my bank receipt.

Actually, you blame me. You act like I get a free key from you and asked for a new one, even though I bought it with money. I just wanted compensation for my trashed key because your program wasn't working properly.

Nothing related with ranked, you have to use hotfix right now
Go to Launcher settings > General > Close client during game Select > "Never"
or use the hotfix after every game
