1.run off to a remote place in the castle and log out.
2.log back in.
3.walk/hop down to the gc that teleports you to tc and go to tc.(do not use a scroll)
4.go get your pots or whatever and then go into the pk arena.
5.log out.
6.log back in.
7. you will be back inside the castle where you originally logged out at.o.0
