Tried to make multiple purchases, however it keeps saying that my transaction has been blocked.

I'm trying to use PayPal, with the Coupon code Hermes, bringing my total down to $1 , could that be an issue to why that's happening?

could be your IP thats causing your issue,try with mobile data or different wifi

I bought 3 Accounts which should have RP on it. 2 Invalid and 1 with 115RP on it. I did a ticket and let you know how it goes.
