I added him on discord, he instantly gave me an account.
It took 30 seconds and i got a mail to confirm my email adress.

All in all, super fast and reliable.
10/10 will probably buy some accounts in the future.

He asked me for an email address so he could change the account email.

After that he gave me the necessary data via discord and this morning when I logged in everything was ok.

The account doesn't look like a botted account so I guess a ban from Riot will not be possible!
