YOU get locked or banned when people gift you using cracked accounts, I DONT.

From what I'm understanding if the seller has RP bought by legit means, it's actually very simple. The seller just buys RP cheaper in either Brazil/Turkey then transfers the accounts to EUW. Maybe there's more into it to buy RP cheaper but this is the foundation.
