Account with every champ
Preferably from early seasons in the game, the older the account, the more I'm willing to pay. Rank is indifferent, as long as it's neither Iron or GM/Chal (not willing to pay for a rank I won't be using, so refrain from posting some abused prices over high ranked accounts).

My account has every rune, 10 rune pages, 1.1k wins, every champ in the game, skin for all champs except 2. Multiple skins for most and every legendary skin except mag TF.
I am moving back to Europe and want to trade this account for a EU account. The prereq of the EU account is that it has most champs and runes. Skins don't really care and obviously level 30.
I have spent probably more than 1500 USD on this account. I don't expect the account I trade to having spent that much but the...
