[Question] What is stopping clients from opening paypal cases and taking their money?
Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this.
Basically had a similar case happen recently: The guy paid for a boost via paypal, I did the boost and now he opened a case in paypal saying he didn't receive the item.
From googling it seems paypal sides with the customer always. But then I thought there wouldn't even be a boosting scene if that always happened. So what is stopping all customers from doing this? Is there a way to win these cases as a booster?

paypal let u answer the ticket actually screen shot every thing and the service u did and u should be fine

No you must get payed by friends and family option only if you use PayPal since is not refundable

First of all, make sure that before anything, you make a trade request with your trade partner
Put in note all your conditions and the details of what you are trading (this is giving you an additional security with elitepvpers support)
Payment:
This is highly recommended to ask for payment via "Friends & Family" option. There is no fees + it do not allow the customer to chargeback it to paypal for "item not recieved"
Now you are safe at 97% 
Now what happens if even like that, the customer make a chargeback ? (Yes, he can do it using a way that I will not explain here)
Do not panic, contact him, try to resolve it between each other; Maybe a mistake ? Missunderstood ?
If this is not working, paypal allow you to give your opinion about the trade and give you the opportunity to dispute the chargeback. You should post all the evidences you have; this include screen of the trade request on Elitepvpers, your Skype discussion, his profil nickname (sometime it's the same used as paypal nickname) etc...
You can also rate the trade, and put him a -1 (Negative rate) that will show to everyone that this user tried to scammed you. And no matter what, if you win the Paypal Dispute or not, he will keep his negative rate.
Tip: You can also contact the Elitepvpers support:
Explain them the situation, and ask them for the IP adress of your trade partner, wich can make you win the dispute on paypal, helping you to report him at the local police, prooving them that the person who tries to chargeback the money didnt get hacked, and send the money by his own 
And whith all of that, you shoud be able to win chargebacks from scammer just as I did multiple times without any trouble

Hey thanks for the lengthy answer.
Only got one question. What happens if the client says he choose family and friends option but in reality he did not? How can I check that it is indeed family and friends option? Is it from the small fee paypal takes so it won't be a rounded number?
Which of those options does paypal.me use?

If you recieve a payment with the " Friends & Family" option, you will see on the receip, only the name & surname of the person who sent you the money, and the amont. NOTHING ELSE
Otherwise, if he used " Good & Services" option, you will see a lot of stuff like his Adress, post code, city, phone number etc... with a lot of useless words like this
