1. I can change the email on the accounts to my own

2. The accounts have AT LEAST 40 champions

3. The accounts are on NA. I only buy NA accounts, don't even try to sell me other regions.

4. The accounts are inactive for at least a couple months



I'm a highly repped user elsewhere, and I can prove this to show my legitimacy.
