DUOQ boost EUW Diamond 4-Diamond 1/Master

Hey,
I'm looking for special offer for DuoQ boost EUW D4-D1, maybe master - depending on the price.
I haven't been DuoQing so far for a reason - can talk about that with the ones who are interested, so all in all - this should be a piece of cake.

Booster has to :
- Play on account that is AT LEAST Diamond 5 with normal MMR (perfect would be account that is D4 as well - platinums are a no-go)
- Be confident in his ability to carry - attitude of play maker rather than relying on the team.
- Be the only person who will be playing with me, from the start till the end - no tossing order between boosters.
- Have his main account in Master/Challenger this season (need a proof of that, came across way too many scammers)
- Be tiltproof, friendly without looking for excuse in lower elo teammates (ex. being camped)
- Have high winrate, please don't add me if your winrate in diamond is 50%
- Be familiar with carrying games in diamond/master (need someone who will take this job seriously, and not just because he boosted X platinum accounts to D5.)
- Not mind me switching between mid and support (I dislike spamming one role only)
- Be able to start this week and put priority to the order.


Also:
- Can be but doesn't have to be with me on skype (don't have preference to that)
- Would be perfect if booster played jungle/top/adc - since I'm mid/sup
