Is he a scammer? Help

I have a question. I have found someone who wants to buy, but he wants me to give him acc name and password and then he send me half of payment, and then i give him email and after all he sends the remaining money (150€ total). Is this doable? Can i retrieve my league acc via riot support at any time if he tries to scam me halfway or later? I dont rly understand this. Pls help
