This account has everything you will need to enjoy rankeds mainly if you are midlane/support main, although it has a lot of other champions too and very nice and expensive skins. You can transfer it to west and have nice Master Tier border for following months.
This account has never been banned or restricted, not even chat banned. It's totally clean account when it comes to this. Although all responsibility after you purchase it is up to you, I don't accept
