The guy didnt say the truth in his message. Since I stopped playing league I wasn't looking into this forum to change his wrong statement. For those who are interested.
I did not scam him. He was informed that the Account was botted to level 30. He said its okay its only for his cousin/brother (don't remeber which one) and he doesn't want to pay more than I asked for. Then after I quite the Banwave of riot started. They shutdown refer a friend, banned a lot of accounts from that and started to ban a lot of botted accounts.
