I want an account to play Riven in ranked + name change. That means I need to have or be able to get enough champions for ranked including Riven, a single Rune page and enough IP/RP for a name change.

Not too bad although IP won't quite be enough to get enough champions for ranked + 1 rune page + Riven + namechange. I'm still open for offers although I might get back to this one.
