From the screenshot I can only tell you to improve your cs. Since you play with tp like the most toplaners do botlane should have no problems with your tp pressure/counter. With your statement " all the time winning my lane but bot/mid is loosing " means literally you dont give enough pressure to force their enemy jungler/mid to spent some time on your toplane.
You can clearly see in your last games for example 127 cs after 28 min is not very effiecent. Normal cs would be 220+ for a gold player. There is a huge gap between 127 cs and 220 cs. You are missing way too much gold which makes your itembuild behind. The csing part also applies to your other games.
If you improve your csing then you should have the advantage to demolish your enemy since cs gives you Gold and lvl advantage.
Also you need to understand the objective/trading part on maps and how to handle situation like 1 vs 2/3 .. and so on when you are fed especially with jayce.
Farm more and better minions and know when to trade and when not. Get objectives and that is it. You dont need to group it depends on your teamcomp and splitpush with jayce works fine.
