Hextech Annie / middleman question

Hey guys,
I have an acc I wanna sell. It has hextech annie skin, my question is how much would this skin increase its price?
I have another question about middlemen.. Well I wanna know everything about them!
I mean who are they? how do they work? would you suggest any verified middlemen?

Middleman are trusted and verified people who control that a trade is made correctly, most of the time he will get the "tradeobject" and give it to the Buyer when the money was paid. You can find trusted Middleman in the "middleman" forum section^^.

And yeah Hextech Annie increases the price of your acc drastically, but you gotta find someone who actually wants to have that skin.
