I'm looking for a new account and have recently seen a lot of offers for non botted accounts which are unverified, unranked and sometimes even have up to 80-100 champs. What's up with those offers, are those legit accounts or just cracked and will be recovered sooner or later?
As I did a break for around 3/4 year I'm not familiar with those accounts, seems like they are somewhat new. Also what about normal botted accounts (30k/50k IP), ban chances are high on them?
