As a D2 player i can only boost you to diamond (Master and Challenger aren't possible for me).
We can premade (if I have another account near your elo) or I can play on your account, it doesn't matter for me.
I only boost on EUW and EUNE :
Bronze : 5 euros per division
Bronze V to silver V: 20 euros
Per win : 1 euro
Silver : 6 euros per division
Silver V to gold V: 25 euros
Per win : 1 euro
Gold : 10 euros per division
Gold V to platinum V: 45 euros
Per win : 2 euro
Platinum : 20 euros per division
Platinum V to Diamond V:70 euros
Per win : 4 euro
