Can you explain the technical details here. Does it essentially just find a list of Riot servers you are currently connected to then send the port and IP to your servers for them to DDoS the game server?
What does this have to do with Spectator also?

It scans the first 100 ports of your connection (by default) and isolate the 80 one (some have 81), then it scans based on a list of public riot servers such as 192.64.171.103 to which one you are communicating. Then, it finds the spec mode like many websites are able to do (op.gg for example), and it does its thing.
I can explain you a bit deeper if you want, just understand i won't give my exploit method

Btw, drophacking via the spec mode is a way to get less bans, and there's a glitch that hasn't been patched since 2014 (normal drophacking got patched, via spec mode it hasn't).
