15k rp acc is level 30 but barely any champs or skins, so pretty much acc for gifting purposes.
19k rp acc is level 24 with some champs and skins, good smurf if u wanna level it.
Since i got no ideas about the prices of rp, feel free to offer. Looking for around 25 eu for both (no idea if its a good price or not).
