im not rly understand ur point but if u wanna hold ur name and just wanna change like a letter like from teemo to téemo then its free and u can do it over support

few days ago there was some1 who was selling name change to use words like Riot, but im not into that, so i checked that eune/euw can use characters like υ, η, γ, α. but riot wont change my name how i want it, and i cant wait tbh..

there was thread who is selling that service
