[Buying] Friend adder

I'd like to buy a program that will login to multiple accounts and will add a specific summoner to their friend list.
for example, i make a text file with the pattern Usernameassword for X accounts, each account in a new line.
and the program logs in to each of those accounts and adds summoner Y to their friend list, of course summoner Y would have to manually accept the requests afterwards.
