I need the booster to reach these criterias:

• Platinum 3+ booster
• Must be able to play Riven, Orianna, Jinx, Kalista, Nasus, Annie, LeBlanc, Volibear (You must play one of these champs in every game)
• 15+ TBM with few negatives 30:1 (30 positives 1 negative, 60 positives 2 negatives etc.)

Who has least tbms goes first
